Angaya Podi

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Dried neem flowers

1/4 cup Sundakkai

1/4 cup Manathakkali

Pepper , jeera, ajwain , coriander seeds each  1 tbsp

Dried ginger powder 1 tsp

Salt for taste


Method :

Dry roast each of the ingredients seperately in medium flame 

Add salt

Let it cool 

Grind in a mixer
