FRIED IDLI


INGREDIENTS :
4 Idlis
Chilli powder / Idli - molagapodi
Salt
Asfoetida
1 onion ( finely Chopped ) ( optional)
Cilantro
Oil - for frying

METHOD :
* Cut the Idlis into small squares
* Mix the chilli powder , salt asafoetida .
* Put the idli pieces into this and mix well , so that all pieces are well coated with the mixture.
* Heat oil in a kadai and fry these pieces till brown .
* Place it in a bowl and garnish with onions and cilantro .
* Serve hot as a tasty snack .

Optional :
You can also fry the onions seperatly and add it to the fried idlis . Will add more flavor to it .
