RICE KHEER

INGREDIENTS :
1 litre Whole milk
1/4 cup rice
4 tbsp ghee
1 cup Sugar
Some Cashews
Some raisins
Some Badam

METHOD :
* In a pressure cooker heat the ghee and roast the rice till brown .
* Add the milk , stir for a second and cook it for atleast 6-7 whistles .
* Transfer it into another kadai , add sugar and stir until it thickens .
* Roast the nuts in ghee and add to the kheer .
* Transfer it in a bowl and serve hot / Chill.
