CURD CAKE



INGREDIENTS :

FOR CAKE :

1 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup sugar
Little less than 1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp instant coffee powder
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp milk
Handful of chopped cashews (For decoration )

FOR ICING :

2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp icing sugar
2-3 drops vanilla essence



METHOD :

* Mix the curd , sugar and oil so that there are no lumps.
* Sieve in the flour , baking powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder and mix in one direction
* Add in the vanilla essence and milk
* Grease a microwaveable dish and pour in the batter
* MW for 7-8 minutes
* Let it cool for 5 minutes and remove from the vessel
* Prepare the icing and pour over the cake
* Decorate with the nuts
* Serve warm or let it be in the fridge for half an hour
* Serve the delicious curd cake chill !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
