Ingredients :
1 cup sabudhana
1 cup Maida
2 cups corn flour
4-5 cups sugar
3 cups of ghee
1 1/2 cup water
A pinch of cardamon powder
A pinch of food colour
1/4 cup of chopped nuts
Juice of lemon

Method :
* Soak the sabudhana for 8 hours with 2 cups of water
* Soak the flours for 8 hours with 2 cups of water
* Melt the sugar in a kadai till the sugar melts
* Mix in the sabudhana and flours
* stir continously
* Add the ghee by one spoon at a time
* After adding half a cup of ghee add the lemon juice and food colour
* Stir in all the remaining ghee
* Stir in continously till a mass forms .
* Add the chopped nuts and mix well
* Grease a plate and pour the halwa in that
* Level the halwa mix and let it cool for 20 minutes
* Slice them and store it in a air tight container !!!!
