COCONUT BURFI


INGREDIENTS :
1 cup grated coconut
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp milk
cardamon powder / any essence

METHOD :

* Make the sugar syrup in a vessel and add the essence
* Roast the coconut in the ghee
* Mix the coconut in the syrup and mix well
* Add the milk and stir again in a low flame
* When it forms a lump , transfer it into a greased plate and cut into smal pieces !!
