INGREDIENTS :
2 Medium Apple ( Chopped into small cubes )
1 Medium onion ( Finely chopped )
1 medium tomato ( " )
Ginger-garlic paste
Salt as required
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp red chilly powder
FOR SEASONING :
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds , urad dal
1 tsp fennel seeds , fenugreek seeds
METHOD :
* Heat oil in a kadai and prepare the seasoning
* Fry the onions with salt and turmeric powder
* Add the ginger - garlic paste and fry till raw smell is gone
* The add the tomatoes and fry for a minute
* Then add all the masalas and fry till the raw smell is gone
* Now add the chopped apples and cook for a minute
* Add water till apples are covered and let it cook
* Add more water if needed
* When the apples are fully done , stir gently and remove from heat
* Enjoy your healthy Apple curry with your favourite rice variety !!!!
