SPINACH DOSAI



INGREDIENTS :

1 cup besan flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup chopped spinach leaves
1 Green chilly finely chopped
Small piece ginger finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp salt
A pinch of asafoetida
Water to mix

METHOD :

Mix all the above ingredients to make a dosai batter of thin consistency , and make dosas same as of rava dosai . Serve hot with your favourite chutney and sambar !!
