INGREDIENTS :
1 Cup Grated Carrots
1 Cup Curd
Salt as per taste
FOR GRINDING :
2 Tbsp grated coconut
1 Green Chilli
Ginger
FOR SEASONING :
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds urad dal
A pinch Asafoetida
METHOD :
* Beat the curd well and keep it aside
* Add the grated carrots to it
* Grind the items for grinding with little curd and mix with curd-carrot mixture
* Add the required amount of salt
* Prepare the seasoning and add it to the raita
* Refrigerate it and serve Chill with your favourite rice varieties .
