CHAPHATHI


INGREDIENTS :

1 cup Wheat flour

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp oil

Water as required

1/4 cup Wheat flour for dusting


METHOD :

* Take the wheat flour in a bowl

* Mix in the oil and salt and stir well

* Slowly add the water and make a soft dough

* Close the bowl with a cloth and leave it aside ( or in a refrigerator ) for atleast 30 minutes

* Take out the dough , thaw it .

* Divide the dough into small balls

* Take a small ball , dust it with the flour and roll into a 1mm thick circular disc

* Heat a dosa tava , coat it with oil

* Place this disc in the heated tava , pour some oil ( optional ) around the edges

* When some bubbles arises , turn it upside down

* After 1 or 2 mins, again turn it out

* Remove from heat , and apply some ghee over it ( optional )

* Serve hot with your favourite side dish !!!
