CABBAGE RAITA


INGREDIENTS :


1 Cup cabbage ( Shredded )
1 Cup Curd
1 Green chilly
Ginger (small piece )
1 tbsp peanuts
Salt as per taste
FOR SEASONING :
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds , urad dal
A pinch of asafoetida

METHOD :
* Beat the curd well till smooth,
* Take small aomount of curd , chilly and ginger and grind together
* Mix it with the remaining curd
* Add the shredded cabbage to it
* Roast the peanuts , remove the skin , and powder it
* Add it to the curd-cabbage mixture
* Add required amount of salt
* Prepare the seasoning and add to the raita
* Refrigerate it and serve Chill with your favourite Rice varieties !!
