INGREDIENTS :2 large onions
2 large tomatoes
3-4 red chillies
2 tbsp channa dal
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tsp coriander seeds
Salt as per taste
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
METHOD :* Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the mustard seeds
* Roast the dals , coriander seeds , chillies
* When it leaves nice aroma add onions and salt
* Fry till onions are transparent
* Then add the tomatoes and cook till done
* Transfer them to a plate , let it cool and then grind them into a fine paste
* Transfer it into a serving bowl , check for salt
* Serve with idli / dosa / even rice !!
