CORIANDER CHUTNEY



This is another favourite chutney of mine . This is a quick , tasty and healthy chutney which igoes well with idlis/ chapathis or even as a side dish for rice .

INGREDIENTS :

1 Bunch coriander leaves
1 Green chilly
1 Garlilc
Small piece ginger
Salt as per taste

FOR SEASONING :

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds , urad dal
A pinch of asafoetida


METHOD :

* Grind all the ingredients to chutney consistency
* Heat oil in a kadai and prepare the seasoning
* Transfer the chutney into a serving bowl
* Pour in the seasoning to the chutney
* Serve with idli , dosai , even rice
