KAI MURUKKU


INGREDIENTS :
1 cup rice flour
2-3tbsp roasted gram flour
3-4 tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Salt as per taste
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil for frying

METHOD :
* Mix all the ingredients into a soft dough with little water
* In a plastic sheet spread some oil
* Coad ur fingers with some oil , take a small ball of dough and make circular discs , by twisting a little while u do murukku
* If needed small sizes stop with 3 circles, it can be made upto 9 or 11 circles .
* If u run out of the dough u took u can still continue with another ball from the place u left !!!
* Deep fry them in oil
* When done , remove from heat , drain the oil and store it in a air-tight container!!
