INGREDIENTS :
1 cup rice
10-15 okra ( cut thinly in circular manner )
1 medium onion
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp oil
FOR SEASONING :
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds , channa dal
METHOD :
* Cook the rice and keep it seperately
* Slice the onions thinly
* Heat oil in a kadai and prepare the seasoning
* Fry the onions with salt
* Add the okra and the masalas
* Fry by adding the remaining oil till okra is cooked
* When done remove from heat and mix with the rice
* Serve hot with the your favourite side dish !!
