CAPSICUM MASAL



INGREDIENTS :

2 Medium Green capsicums
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Tomato
1 Green Chilly
Ginger a small piece
Salt as per taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp besan flour
Water as required

FOR SEASONING :

1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds , urad dal

METHOD :

* Chop the capsicum into small square pieces
* Chop onion , tomato , chilly , ginger into fine pieces
* Mix besan flour with little water and keep it aside
* Heat oil in a kadai and prepare the seasoning
* Fry the chilly and ginger t
* Fry the onions with salt and turmeric powder
* Add the tomaotes and spice powders and cook till done
* Add the capsicum pieces and fry till they are soft
* Finally add the besan mix and stir gently
* Add little more water if required
* Let it boil
* Remove from heat and garnish with curry leaves
* Serve with hot rice / rotis !!
