SWEET APPAM


This is one of the easiest and tastiest sweet , i love appam very very much !! Mu husband and daughter loves appam very much so this is one of the favourite sweet of our family !!!!!!!!!!

INGREDIENTS :
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup powdered jaggery ( can increase or decrease as per taste )
1 small banana
Cardamon powder
Water ( As needed)
Oil for frying

METHOD :
* Mix Wheat flour , jaggery well
* Smash the banana and add to it
* Add water and make it into a watery dough
* Add the cardamon powder to it
* Heat the oil in a kadai
* Pour a small amount of batter to it
* When one side turns brown turn it upside down
* When done remove it from the heat , drain the oil and store it in a air-tight container
* If you add banana , the appam will be very tasty but will get spoiled soon
* You can use appakkaral ( vessel to make appam ) so that u can make several appam in one time
